In my personal healing journey, Yoga has helped me connect with my body.
Through all the different practices, asanas, chanting, breath work, meditation, yogic lifestyle, it brought me closer to myself. To get to know myself better. All my layers and all the power that I am holding within.
Yoga has helped my body recover and gain back its strength after surgery and chemo. It has helped me feel revitalised. It has helped in all detoxification processes, while helping my inner organs function better.
This is my biggest motivation for sharing the practices of Yoga with you as well!
